1. Enhanced Material and Process for Improved Bearing Capacity
We utilize advanced melting and casting techniques, selecting high-quality carbon steel for the machine shell. The incorporation of spiral bevel gear transmission ensures low noise and robust bearing capacity.

2. Upgraded sliding bearing, labor-saving hydraulic adjustment

Improvements have been made to the sliding bearing to adapt to higher rotational speeds, increase the swing speed of the main shaft, make the particle shape more uniform and the output higher. The discharge port can be adjusted by the hydraulic system without affecting production, and it has the function of dynamic compensation for the discharge port.

3. The bowl liner is free of fillers and quick and convenient to replace

The assembly surface is specially designed and precisely machined, allowing for a bowl liner and crushing wall that require no fillers, making replacement fast and convenient.
