This series of products are mainly used for dewatering, desliming and medium removal. They are applicable to washed sand in sand and gravel yards, coal slime recovery in coal preparation plants, tailings dry discharge in beneficiation plants, as well as soil remediation and sewage treatment, etc. They have the characteristics of large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, low moisture content of finished materials and high cost performance.

1. Using the combination of motor + bearing seat + coupling as the excitation source, it has strong power, reliable structure, high working frequency, large vibration intensity, low moisture content of products on the screen and high unit processing capacity.

2. The side plates are made of low-alloy structural steel, which has good welding performance and high strength. The connection of the side plates with the cross beams, motor seats and reinforcing plates all uses torsional shear high-strength bolts without welding, avoiding the problem of side plate cracking caused by welding stress.

3. The screen plate is made of imported polyurethane material, which has a high opening rate, good water permeability and a long service life. And rubber springs are selected, which have low noise and good damping effect.

4. The pre-dewatering screen plate is installed at a 45-degree angle to the horizontal, and the dewatering screen plate is installed with a negative inclination angle to increase the dewatering area and promote the materials to be dewatered as soon as possible to form a filter layer.

Product Avantage

1. The feeding box is made of low-alloy special materials and has a fully riveted structure, which can bear greater loads and is not easy to deform or break.
2. The stepped bar design is not easy to block materials and has a good pre-screening effect.
3. The frequency is adjusted by the frequency converter controller to facilitate the constant feeding amount of the coarse crushing equipment.
4. Strong exciting force. The transmission main shaft adopts a large eccentricity, and the two eccentric shafts form the best resultant force through angle adjustment to achieve the best feeding effect.
5. The thin oil external circulation lubrication structure is adopted to extend the service life of the bearings. The oil tank is provided with exhaust holes and observation holes to detect that the oil temperature does not exceed the limit.
6. The mud leakage part of the feeding trough can be set according to user needs, and the functions of mud leakage and no mud leakage can be interchanged.
