traditional equal-section chamber)
Based on CFD-DEM coupling simulation, an asymmetric three-order
expansion chamber is constructed, and the effective volume of the
chamber is increased by 38% compared with the ISO 21873 standard
chamber. Through discrete phase tracking technology, the material
residence time is extended by 0.8-1.2 seconds, so that the crushing
ratio of hard materials such as basalt reaches 1:16 (industry

2. Modular wear-resistant protection system (VS integral welded
guard plate)
Innovative application of Hardox 500 wear-resistant steel +
tungsten carbide spray composite guard plate (surface hardness
HRC62), through the patented dovetail + hydraulic locking structure
to achieve a single guard plate replacement time of ≤15 minutes
(traditional welding requires 2 hours). The measured data of CCCC
Malaysia East Coast Railway Project shows that under quartzite
crushing conditions, the guard plate life reaches 4800 hours
