1. Ultra-dimensional crushing chamber flow field optimization (VS traditional equal-section chamber)
Based on CFD-DEM coupling simulation, an asymmetric three-order expansion chamber is constructed, and the effective volume of the chamber is increased by 38% compared with the ISO 21873 standard chamber. Through discrete phase tracking technology, the material residence time is extended by 0.8-1.2 seconds, so that the crushing ratio of hard materials such as basalt reaches 1:16 (industry average 1:12), and the single-machine capacity exceeds 1200t/h (benchmarked Sandvik CV228 1100t/h).
